The congress will cover main topics in geriatric medicine. In particular it will address the healthiest patients, health optimization, prevention as an underused intervention, organization of acute geriatric care in different countries, and tailored drug treatment. Other topics will concern new discoveries in dementia, integrated care for elderly people such as pre-post and perioperative care in orthogeriatrics, cancer and cardiac surgery.

The 4th edition of the International Conference on Frailty and Sarcopenia Research (ICFSR2015) is dedicated to raising awareness concerning the need to implement frailty and sarcopenia into clinical practice. The last scientific findings will be presented during this unique event. Concerning frailty the following topics will be addressed: biology of frailty and aging, physical frailty and age-related, body composition medications, cognitive frailty, frailty in clinical practice and public health, clinical trials and therapeutics.
